Barings is continuing to strengthen its position in Spain. The British fund has carried out two capital increases amounting to €17.4 million in total in its Spanish Socimi Barings Core Spain, according to EjePrime.
Following these increases, the first of which amounted to €4.3 million and the second to €13.1 million, the company’s share capital now amounts to €66 million, according to the Mercantile Registry.
