The office buildings in Barcelona are closing a year full of news and adding a touch of quality to each operation that is announced. That, naturally, has an immediate impact on the rental income for those properties. So much so that the rents for Grade A offices in the Catalan capital are 31% higher than in the rest of the market.
According to data from CBRE, the rents of the highest-quality buildings are 5.2 percentage points higher than those of other offices, with that difference reaching up to seven points in certain neighbourhoods.
