The Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB), through the Metropolitan Institute for the Promotion of Heritage and Property Management (Impsol) and the Metropolitan Urban Society for Rehabilitation and Management (Regesa), has agreed to the possibility of extending the deadline for the collection of rentals for flats, commercial premises and parking spaces until the end of July.
In a statement, the AMB detailed that the objective is to help families, companies and stores to “lighten the economic load” in the current context, and also to offer the option to tenants to make the monthly payments corresponding to this moratorium within a period of two years.
