The office market in the centre of Barcelona is gaining strength and, according to data from CBRE, more than 100,000 square meters of new office space is expected to come onto the market over the next few years.
The sector closed 2021 with 12,000 m2 of new office space delivered in the area, plus 30,000 m2 under construction and another 17,000 m2 pending development. In addition, there are plans to develop 50,000 square meters in the Estel building, which are currently in the design phase.
