Sociedad de Tasación (ST) has published a new edition of its “Urban Development Time Map“, a study that offers a global vision of the land market in Spain. This new edition updates the data that was published in February 2020 and is the first to reflect the impact of Covid-19 on the market.
In the case of Cataluña, the market continues to be characterised by marked heterogeneity. Activity continues to focus on the city of Barcelona and its area of influence, as well as on the region’s main coastal locations.
