Bain Capital is continuing to back the Spanish hotel sector. The American private equity firm is planning to invest up to a total of 1 billion euros in hotels before the end of 2024, according to the Vozpópuli newspaper.
Over the last 18 months, Bain Capital has made investments worth 250 million euros including acquiring rights and renovating different hotel establishments, whereby adding around 800 rooms to its portfolio.
