The Spanish investment manager Azora and the hotel group Med Playa have begun work to reposition two hotels in Benidorm, the Hotel Riudor and the Hotel Flamingo Oasis, with an investment of around 11 million euros.
The renovation projects will incorporate accessibility solutions and the latest standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. Both establishments have obtained the BREEAM certification for the use of sustainable buildings and they are scheduled to reopen in March (Flamingo Oasis) and May (Riudor), respectively.
