The recently launched real estate developer Aurquia, founded at the beginning of 2022 by its CEO Ignacio Moreno, announced on Tuesday 13 July, that its business plan for this year forecasts the sale of more than 450 new-build homes. With an initial investment of 114 million euros, the units will be spread over eight different plots of land in Madrid, Burgos, Valladolid, León, Zaragoza, Gijón, Granadilla (Tenerife) and Palma de Mallorca.
Aurquia will be selling single-family and multi-family homes. Marketing of the first development, Aurquia Buenavista in Carabanchel (Madrid), began on Friday 15 July.
