Covid-19 permitting, a new operation will take place in the hitherto thriving Spanish hotel real estate market. The asset, in this case, is the luxurious Autograph Collection branded hotel in Sevilla. The brand is owned by the AC chain, which is led by Antonio Catalán.
The hotel’s owners, the investment companies Atitlan and Drago Capital commissioned the consulting firm Savills Aguirre Newman to sell the property at the beginning of this year. The building, which has a constructed surface area of more than 8,000 square metres, used to house the headquarters of Banco de Andalucía in Sevilla and is located on Avenida de la Constitución, one of the main thoroughfares in the centre of the Andalucían capital.
