The Rental Housing Association (Asval) has warned of the consequences of the decree proposed by the Government to put a stop to the eviction of vulnerable families whilst the State of Emergency remains in force.
For the Association, the decree would mean “the legalisation of illegal occupation, which would make Spain the only advanced country in the world to allow this type of illegal and dangerous practice”.
