The fund manager ASG has acquired the Nobu Hotel Barcelona from the Selenta Group chain, owned by Jordi Mestre. The operation has been closed for around 80 million euros.
The hotel, located in the building that used to house the Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya, opened its doors in September 2019. Until now, the Nobu Hotel has been managed by the Selenta Group and the international company Nobu Hospitality.
