The property developer ASG Homes is making its debut in the build to rent business. The company has created a platform with an initial capital of 200 million euros to develop 2,500 long-term rental homes in Spain.
The firm, which has a portfolio under management comprising more than 5,000 homes, has managed to attract the interest of various German-based pension funds for its vehicle.
