ASG Homes to Invest €200 Million in the Construction of 2,500 Rental Homes in Spain

The company is launching a build to rent business in the Spanish market with an initial investment of 200 million euros to build 2,500 rental homes.

The property developer ASG Homes is making its debut in the build to rent business. The company has created a platform with an initial capital of 200 million euros to develop 2,500 long-term rental homes in Spain.

The firm, which has a portfolio under management comprising more than 5,000 homes, has managed to attract the interest of various German-based pension funds for its vehicle.
