The property that Arrow has purchased was previously owned by CBRE GI and is 90% occupied by a company in the food sector. The warehouse is located between the Corredor del Henares and the north of the Spanish capital.
Arrow’s Head of Real Estate in Europe, Robert Howe, explained that this operation “accelerates our investment in Spain.” In this sense, the manager already has a portfolio of 150 million euros and plans to invest up to 500 million euros over the next three years.
