Arrow & Cerberus Buy Land to Open Two Logistics Warehouses in Madrid

The companies say that they will continue to be interested in land suitable for logistics projects, regardless of planning permission status.

Arrow Capital Partners, a real estate investor, developer and manager in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has purchased a 100,000 square metre plot of land to speculatively create two logistics warehouses for its €3 billion Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus.

The land is located in Alcalá de Henares, in the strategic Corredor del Henares, northeast of the city of Madrid. The finished warehouses will offer their occupants a total gross leasable area of 51,500 square meters just 25 minutes from the city centre. Each of the warehouses will be divisible into smaller units with a GLA of 25,750 square meters per building including 12m high ceilings.
