Cerberus-backed investor Arrow Capital Partners announced that it had acquired a logistics platform in Velilla de San Antonio, Madrid.
The asset has 22,700 m2 and is located 22 kilometres from the centre of Madrid, via the A-3 motorway. Its location is very close to the logistics area of the Corredor del Henares.
Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate portfolio totals 13 properties in Madrid, Catalonia, Zaragoza, Valencia and Malaga. In total, it has 240,000 square metres of gross leasable area.
This is Arrow’s second logistics transaction. At the end of last year, it bought a 53,000 sqm warehouse in Madrid from CBRE GI. This property is located further north than the recently acquired one, although it is also very close to the Corredor del Henares.
