The Socimi, which also increased its revenues by just over 7%, has warned in its results that the post-pandemic economic crisis will generate a credit crunch and a likely increase in delinquencies.
Arrienda closed its first full year with a profit of €1.5 million, up by 20% compared to the €1.2 million recorded in 2018, according to the results submitted by the entity to the Alternative Investment Market (MAB).
