The fund Argis is going to invest a total of 40 million euros in the acquisition and renovation of a 11,800 square metre building in the Retiro district of the city of Madrid.
Specifically, the asset, which is located on Calle de Cavanilles, has the capacity for 200 rooms, which will be added to Argis’s current portfolio of 2,500 flexible apartments for sale and rent. In addition, the property will have a gym, restaurant, various multi-use spaces and a parking lot.
