According to the real estate consultancy firm Savills Aguirre Newman, Ares has acquired a new logistics asset in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) in the industrial hub of the Corredor del Henares.
The asset, which is leased to the distribution company Factor 5, has 25 loading bays and a direct connection to the A-2 and R-2.
With this acquisition, the US fund continues to increase its logistics portfolio in Spain. It has maintained a string of investments in this sector in Spain, where Ares Management Corporation wants to add another 250 million euros in logistics assets.
The Dream Logistics platform, specialised in investment and the management of real estate assets, is accompanying Ares in this project as its exclusive ‘operative partner’ in Spain.
