The Paris-based investment company Ardian has acquired an office complex in Méndez Álvaro. BNP Paribas, the former owner of the asset, will receive 50 million euros.
The property, located at Calle Retama 3, has 13,200 square metres and 225 parking spaces. Ardian will carry out a thorough refurbishment, adapting the property to one or more tenants and additional sustainability criteria. The complex was originally built in 1993.
It is currently leased to Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, a company owned by Banco Santander and BNP Paribas. Previously, it was occupied by Cetelem.
Ardian was advised by Savills Aguirre Newman and EY Abogados, while BNP Paribas was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate, Pérez Llorca and Gleeds.
