The manager Arcano has sold a building that currently houses the new Zara store located at number 42 Calle Príncipe in Vigo to the Galician group Vegonsa. The operation has been closed for almost 14 million euros and has been advised by RPE Capital Markets and SPG Real Estate.
The building acquired by the supermarket chain spans a surface area of 4,500 square metres spread over four floors and a basement. The property, which is located on the city’s golden mile, has housed the firm Zara as a tenant since the beginning of December. For its opening, the Inditex group invested close to one and a half million euros in its renovation, according to the newspaper La Voz de Galicia.
