AQ Acentor, the property developer owned by Aquila Capital in Spain, a specialist in the development of residential projects in metropolitan areas, has begun construction work on its build-to-rent project in Málaga, the AQ Parque Princesa.
The housing complex, which is going to be located in the vicinity of Calles Héroe de Sostoa and Juan XXIII, in the centre of Malaga, will be completed by mid-2022. The start of the building work, after the corresponding construction permit was obtained on 12 June, will represent the launch one of the most iconic projects in the city aimed at improving the appearance of the La Princesa neighbourhood.
