AQ Acentor Buys Land in Andalucía to Build Logistics Warehouses

Aquila Capital's property developer is finalising the acquisition of land in Málaga and Sevilla to build two logistics complexes spanning 100,000 and 50,000 square metres.

AQ Acentor, the property developer controlled by the fund Aquila Capital, is finalising the purchase of two large plots in the Andalucían provinces of Sevilla and Málaga to develop two logistics complexes.

Specifically, AQ Acentor is planning to build one logistics platform with a surface area of 100,000 square metres in Sevilla and another warehouse measuring 50,000 square metres in Málaga, according to comments made by the firm’s CEO to Eje Prime. In both cases, the building work will be carried out before the leases are signed and the construction work is scheduled to finish in late 2022.
