The student residence market is continuing to attract new investments across the country. The international student residence platform, aparto, owned by the global real estate investment firm Hines, has opened the doors of its first establishment in Spain.
The property in question is the aparto Barcelona Pallars, owned by Commerz Real. It is located in 22@, the innovation district of Barcelona, and has the capacity for 743 beds including single rooms with a private bathroom, as well as double rooms and studios.
