The Standing Committee of the Parliament has given the go-ahead to the decree-law of the Andalucían Government approved on 9 March that does away with bureaucratic obstacles for business activity by modifying 21 laws and 6 decrees, including those relating to urban planning, tourism, the environment and the audiovisual sector, amongst others.
The decree-law for the improvement and simplification of the regulations for the promotion of the productive activity in Andalucía modifies or partially repeals 21 legislative texts and six decrees that affect all areas of economic activity, especially in relation to the environment, commerce and urban planning. These measures have been agreed with the private sector, but not with the unions, as denounced by the Secretary-General of CCOO, Nuria López.
