
The French firm Amundi Inmobilier, the largest fund manager in Europe and one of the ten largest in the world, has completed the purchase of an office building in Barcelona, specifically in the 22 @ district. Funds managed by Amundi have acquired the building owned by the manager Conren Tramway and located on Calle Sancho de Ávila. The property houses the first coworking centre to be operated by the office specialist Wojo in Spain.
For this property, which has a constructed surface area of 12,500 square metres, the fund has paid €56 million, as confirmed by Brainsre.news.
