The British property developer Amro Partners has bought a student hall of residence in Salamanca. The asset is still under development and is expected to open its doors for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The future accommodation block for university students will have 157 beds and will be located 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor, within walking distance of the University of Salamanca and the Pontifical University of Salamanca. The project requires an investment of 18 million euros.
