The company Amro Estudiantes has closed the sale of a hall of residence for students in Granada to Xior Student. The property in question is the Colegio Mayor Loyola, located on the Cartuja campus of the University of Granada, which is currently being remodelled and expanded into a hall of residence with 347 units and 354 beds. The project will be completed in the third quarter of 2020, as reported by Savills in a press release.
The sale, which was advised by Savills Aguirre Newman, was closed for €37 million.
