The property developer and construction company Amenabar has been engaged to undertake the renovation of the “Torres Ágora” office building in Madrid. The property, which his owned by Zambal Spain and which has been leased to the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation since October 2012, consists of two twin towers, each with 15 floors (above ground) and three underground levels.
For the renovation project, Zambal Spain has also engaged the architecture studio L35 Arquitectura. The project, which should be completed during the first half of 2023, will involve the demolition of the entire interior of the building, and the maintenance of its current structure and façade.
