The American e-commerce giant is going to invest 100 million euros in its new logistics centre that will be located on the Bobes industrial estate, in the Asturian municipality of Siero, according to La Voz de Asturias.
Amazon has already registered the building work and activity license with Siero City Council for the development of its new logistics centre on a plot of land spanning 200,000 square meters. Once the centre is operating at full capacity, it will create around 2,000 jobs.
