The ‘e-commerce’ giant Amazon is working to rent a new office building in the 22@ district of the Catalan capital. The US group is going to incorporate around 7,000 square metres of new offices in Barcelona, in addition to the space it already leases in the Luxa Silver building, owned by Catalana Occidente.

Amazon is close to signing the rental of number 36 Calle Tangier, a stone’s throw from its existing offices in Barcelona, according to reports from idealista/news. The building was previously owned by Brilten, but it recently passed into the hands of Enric Gregori’s family office, which purchased the asset.
