Amazon will open two new logistics stations this autumn in the municipalities of Rubí (Barcelona) and Leganés (Madrid). In this way, the company “will generate hundreds of job opportunities for drivers and other specific roles in both cities,” say sources at the company.
Amazon Logistics collaborates with independent delivery companies helping them grow their businesses, while adding capacity and flexibility to Amazon deliveries, thereby helping to meet growing customer demand. The nearby Amazon logistics and distribution centres will send packages to these new logistics stations where they will be loaded into vehicles for delivery.
