Alterhome is continuing to grow in Madrid. Specialising in the management of homes for tourist and holiday rental, the firm has acquired its third asset in this segment in the Spanish capital. The property is located by Madrid Río, very close to the Palacio de Oriente.
As a result, from September, the company will manage this building, which comprises nearly 30 apartments and studios. It will offer its accommodation through a combination of daily and monthly rentals, given the high demand it is already generating amongst both domestic clients and international tourists.
