Altamira is boosting the market for discounts on tertiary properties, with offers like those that are already common in the housing sector. In this vein, the servicer of Santander and the Italian group DoBank, has put a package of properties up for sale, which includes garages, premises, warehouses, and offices, with discounts of up to 30%.
In parallel, it is also offering traditional discounts on homes and undeveloped land like those regularly carried out by the servicers in the market. The campaign launched by the Altamira also includes free notarial expenses, and a large proportion of the assets are located in Valencia and Madrid.
