Altamira doValue Group has announced the completion of a new transaction in the logistics sector, which is leading the movements in the real estate market this September.
As announced by the servicer, it has sold an industrial warehouse spanning 15,000 square metres and located in the town of La Muela, just 20 kilometres southwest of Zaragoza and in the same municipality as where the distribution giant Amazon is building one of its new distribution centres.
