The company Alquiler Seguro has made its debut managing homes owned by institutional investors such as investment funds, financial entities and family offices, according to Expansión.
In 2020, the firm has analysed 14,492 properties and has closed agreements for the management of 2,739 assets. These homes, in disuse until now, are therefore being incorporated into the rental market.
