It was one of the pioneering rental management companies. Founded by Gustavo Rossi and Antonio Carroza in 2007, Alquiler Seguro was created with the aim of managing contracts between tenants and landlords in a professional manner at a time when the rental market accounted for less than 10% of the Spanish residential market.
13 years later, Gustavo Rossi and Antonio Carroza lead a group with almost a dozen businesses created around the rental sector. Amongst them, Alquiler Seguro Asset Management, which has just completed a capital increase amounting to 673,990 euros.
