The Socimi Almagro Capital, which specialises in residential real estate for the elderly, closed the first half of 2020 with losses of 335,826 euros, which represented a two-fold increase compared to the first half of 2019, as reported by the company to BME Growth (formerly the MAB).
However, the company’s turnover increased to 329,508 euros, compared to the 166,740 euros invoiced during the same period in 2019. Almost all of its income comes from property leasing.
