The Socimi Almagro Capital has launched a capital increase worth around 16 million euros in response to the “growing interest in its solution to monetise real estate assets for the elderly.”
This is the fourth capital increase undertaken by the Socimi and follows the one completed in August 2019, which also amounted to 16 million euros and was oversubscribed.
