The residential socimi Almagro Capital bought 32 new homes for a total of €11.6 million since last April, according to a statement the company submitted to BME Growth on Tuesday.
In addition, in 2021, Almagro Capital acquired 52 new homes for €22 million, an increase of 130% over the total amount invested last year.
These investments were financed with 4.6 million euros of bank debt and 17.4 million euros of equity.
As of September 30, 2021, Almagro Capital’s portfolio consisted of 120 homes in an accumulated investment of 53 million euros.
