The Socimi Almagro Capital bought 104 new homes last year for a total of 41.3 million euros. This investment represents an increase of 317.2% compared to the 9.9 million euros that it spent during the previous year, as reported by the company specialising in inverse housing to BME Growth.
“Although most of the assets are located in Madrid, Almagro Capital has established a strategic objective for the next three years, namely, the geographical diversification of the portfolio. In this sense, of the 104 homes acquired between January and December 2021, almost 25% are located in other provinces, including Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla and Málaga”, say the group.
