The Socimi has purchased five properties with the right of continued use by the owner in Madrid capital for €2.5 million.
These five new operations expand the diversification of the Socimi’s portfolio with flats located on several streets in the Salamanca neighbourhood such as Jorge Juan, Lagasca, Núñez de Balboa, Ayala and Dr. Esquerdo, spanning a surface area of 630 m2.
