What could have been one of the most significant office deals of 2020 has ended up resulting in a confrontation between two of the largest companies in the sector.
A few months ago, the construction and services company Acciona commissioned the consulting firm CBRE to search for an occupant for its 104,000-square-metre office complex, located on Calle Mesena in Madrid, close to Arturo Soria and Avenida de San Luis in the north of Madrid.
