Allegra, the investment arm led by Mario Losantos, has just hired José Joaquín Puig de la Bellacasa to join its management team as Director of Expansion.
Puig de la Bellacasa has dedicated his 30-year professional career to the real estate sector in Europe, America and Africa. He started out at Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in London, later moving with the firm to Spain, where he was appointed Director of Development and Investments. He then served as Managing Director at Lendlease in Spain and Portugal, and later was CEO of Trizechahn Spain, a subsidiary of Trizechahn Corporation, one of the largest real estate groups in the world based in Toronto. During that period, José Joaquín Puig also consolidated a Joint Venture with Riofisa, which was renamed Triofisa.
