All Iron RE I, the firm founded by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte, is gaining strength in the residential Socimi market. According to the company’s financial results for the first half of 2022, which were presented to BME Growth on Monday, its main indicators have improved significantly: revenues and profits are up, and its portfolio value now exceeds 200 million euros.
Specifically, the Socimi tripled its revenues and recorded a net profit of 6.8 million euros during the first 6 months of 2022, multiplying by 2.5x the result for the same period a year earlier. The company made three acquisitions during the first half of this year, whereby increasing the market value of its asset portfolio by 13%, to 199 million euros, including a portfolio revaluation of 6.5 million euros.
