All Iron has announced a new capital increase. The Socimi led by Jon Uriarte and Ander Michelena has completed a capital increase amounting to 18 million euros, equivalent to 20% of the company’s share capital.
The Socimi, which specializes in the renovation of assets for use as tourist accommodation, has returned to the capital market, after investing all of the capital it previously raised.
