All Iron is progressing well with its growth plan. In 2021, the Socimi founded by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte doubled the value of its portfolio and its revenues.
Specifically, it managed to earn 2.43 million euros from rentals in 2021, compared to 1.36 million euros a year earlier. Moreover, thanks to the revaluation of its assets (by +6.86 million euros), the Socimi closed last year with a net profit of 6.24 million euros.
