In August last year, the listed company Akiles Corporation acquired 50% of the company Interravers Ltd, which owns the Aquamarine Hotel.
The payment for the transaction was made through the issuance of 4.5 million new shares approved at the General Shareholders’ Meeting in favour of Don Omarov A. Omarovich, according to reports by the company through the BME.
