The management company AEW has bought the Alcora Plaza retail park located in Parque Oeste, in Alcorcón, from Goldman Sachs. Goldmans has been advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Uría Menéndez, while the buyer has been advised by Baker McKenzie, Hollis and Savills.
The shopping centre, which has a GLA of 22,000 m2, houses 14 stores including several restaurants. The asset, which was inaugurated in November 2020, currently has an occupancy rate of 95% and is home to firms such as Lidl, Guaw, Milbby, TAO, Taco Bell and Popeyes. It will soon welcome some new operators, such as Jysk and The Fitzgerald.
