The manager AEW has bought a residential property in the Santa Catalina district of Palma de Mallorca from Banco Sabadell, on behalf of an independent account through a mandate backed by a German pension fund.
The building, located on Calle Joan Miró 36, has six floors with 103 apartments spread over 10,000 square metres. Most of the properties are apartments with one to three bedrooms, but the building also contains 940 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor and 186 parking spaces.
