The German real estate manager AEW has acquired an office building in Barcelona’s 22@ district.
The property is adjacent to one that AEW purchased last December with which the firm plans to create an office complex spanning 8,400 m². Work on the new complex, which is located on Calle Ávila 48-50 and Calle Badajoz 49-51 in the 22 @ district, is scheduled to finish at the end of 2022.
